Motor, Gearing and Controller Designs

We are looking for an optimal material/manufacturing process, so far we are leaning tours two part polyurethane resin (thermoset):

Out-runner type brushless motor with 100x 3 stage planetary gearbox:

Solenoid shaft lock (engaged by default, opens right before powered rotation)
